The central character Mona Montrois is a displaced Parisian in Los Angeles, looking at the City of Angels in general, and her ditzy Valley girl housemate Donna Fitzpatrick in particular, through a very French eye. Mona comes from the same pool of archetypes that gave us Susan Sto Helit and Adora Belle Dearheart. (In fact, I have plans for a crossover fan-art)</div>
