This is a beverage mentioned in {{M}}, where [[Mort]] enters a [[Pubs|bar]] named The [[The Quene's Head/Duke's Head]]. He asks for a Stardrip, but can only receive the highly alcoholic drink of [[scumble]], made from apples, well mostly apples. Stardrip is apparently a low alcoholic drink, a concept not known on the Disc (at least not until the advent of [[Sam Vimes|the Duke of Ankh-Morpork]] and his specific requirement for a [[the Sam Vimes|non-alcoholic beverage for adults]]). The Disc, after all, is  a place where the ''whole point'' of a drink is its alcohol content.
