An unlucky [[Specials|special constable]] in the [[Ankh-Morpork City Watch]] whose only sin was to stand next to [[Andy Hancock]] when he drew his non-regulation Agatean swords on parade.  In fairness to Andy, the Watch [[Igor]] said after the operation to re-attach Piggle's arm that he'd never seen such a clean cut.
