Now try to calculate the shape of the gravitational field of four enormous [[World Elephant|elephants]] standing on a [[Great A'Tuin|turtle]] bigger than the Disc. The magical force involved here seems to beggar any of the local displays described in the chronicles.

The people of [[Krull]] built a giant net (the [[Circumfence]]) to catch things before they fall. They have built a thriving economy on salvage.
